At Verve India, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 2 days and exchanges within 4 days of delivery.
Return Policy (2 Days)
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery along with: Clear photos Unboxing video, you can return the product for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and labels must be intact and attached
- Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations
- Return must be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, earrings, beauty products, socks, and items marked as "Final Sale."
Exchange Policy (4 Days)
We offer exchanges within 4 days of delivery. You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are available for size and color changes only
- Product must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, with tags)
- Exchange must be of equal or lesser value
- If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you'll need to pay the difference
- Exchange requests must be made within 4 days from delivery
- Subject to stock availability - if unavailable, we'll process a refund
Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we'll ship the exchanged item within 3-5 business days. You'll receive tracking details via email and SMS.

- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Initiate Request
All return or exchange requests must be emailed to us within the specified time window, along with your Order ID and a complete unboxing video. Requests without these details will not be accepted.
Step 2: Pack the Product
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure the product is in the same condition as received. Include the invoice or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Self Return
he parcel must be self-shipped to the return address provided by us. The return shipping charges will be added to your refund amount. In case of an exchange, a discount coupon of the same value will be issued, which can be used on your next order.
Step 4: Quality Check & Processing
Once we receive the product, our quality team will verify its condition within 2-3 business days. For returns, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after verification.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after approval
- Net Banking/UPI: 5-7 business days after approval
- Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (please provide account details)
- Wallet/Store Credit: Instant credit to your account upon approval

Exceptions & Special Cases
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, regardless of the 2-day return window. Priority processing applies to such cases.
Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive an incorrect item, we'll arrange for immediate pickup and delivery of the correct product or provide a full refund, including any shipping charges you may have paid.
Sale Items
Products purchased during sale periods follow the same return and exchange policy unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
